- Has played keyboard in the Catskill Symphony & Utica Symphony Orchestras
- Plays euphonium in the Catskill Valley Wind Ensemble and the Oneonta Community Concert Band, and valve trombone in the Delaware County Community Band
- Played tuba in the Roxbury Brass, and recorder in the Catskill Consort of Early Music
- Has sung in the Community Chorale of the Catskills and in opera choruses at the Phoenicia International Festival of the Voice
- Has directed choirs of the Hobart United Methodist Church and the United Church of Roscoe
